Niven was beyond exceptional. Had numerous offers on our house within the first 48 hours on the market and was able to get us the best dollar for our house. Niven also worked endlessly to find us our dream home and even with missing out on a potential home, found us one that we loved even more. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to do the job!

Tyler Niven was PHENOMENAL!!! He sold our house with it only being on the market for only 24 hours with multiple offers! We loved him so much we used him to purchase a house as well. He was VERY knowledgeable, professional, and got us the most bang for our buck. If you’re looking for an agent, Tyler Niven is the guy!
