Tyler and I looked at about 5 houses together. The first few, he suggested I pass on them due to having too many problems. The final one, he negotiated back and forth with the selling agent to agree on a price I was comfortable with. That process alone took a few days and lots of communication. I'm thankful for his integrity, patience, and communication. I'll be recommending him to others.

Niven was beyond exceptional. Had numerous offers on our house within the first 48 hours on the market and was able to get us the best dollar for our house. Niven also worked endlessly to find us our dream home and even with missing out on a potential home, found us one that we loved even more. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to do the job!

Tyler Niven was PHENOMENAL!!! He sold our house with it only being on the market for only 24 hours with multiple offers! We loved him so much we used him to purchase a house as well. Tyler assisted us in getting an offer accepted on our new forever house for 15k under asking and also got a contingency accepted for selling our old house, which sold for 21k over asking. Tyler is beyond responsive and is a wealth of knowledge. Can’t say enough good things about him.
