Like the doctors and staff, but phlebotomy is lacking sufficient skills and could be much cleaner.
I can't get a hold of these folks. I need lab work and have sent a patient portal message a few days ago, and no response. I've called several times to talk to a representative and they have no way to go to a direct representative. You have to leave messages. Not happy with the care I don't get. Had to get a referral to see another kidney care facility.
