We started with this company in November. Got timely delivery in December and January and that is the last time we were given service. Our business needs to have water to provide to patients. We have called numerous times to try to get delivery only to be told they will "escalate the request". The customer service department told us we were scheduled for April 19th delivery. Now on April 19th we are told they have changed ownership and it will be another 2 weeks. Terrible customer service! Don not recommend.

Delicious water, great delivery service! Never once have had a problem :)
My husband and I have been with Tyler Mountian for years. We lived in Louiville we would get our delivery on time. Every 2 weeks sometimes. 2 years ago we moved to Crestwood. Now it’s once a month! This is because we live apparently so far away! Far away is 50 miles not 15 miles! Ridiculous. But we liked the water. They had caps that identified distilled water and spring water. However they changed that. Now they are the same color so if you put them out there you only get spring water. If you request what you want you still... read more
Great service, delicious water, reasonable prices, accurate billing, good customer service. Not sure why anybody would 1-star them for a single trivial hiccup.
