It started off , pretty good… then it deviated from my plan to their plan. All I was interested in, was a no nonsense direct cremation. No frills. Very basic. No announcement, no urn, and no additional costs. What I got was , an overblown demonstration of what’s wrong with the World today. Nobody listens to the customer anymore. People have lost their courtesy and their attention spans have become smaller and smaller. Then I received the estimate, what a shock that was. Talk about price inflation. Not impressed. Everyone at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home went above and beyond to take exceptional care of our family upon my mother’s passing. I really appreciate the whole staff especially Virginia, Linda, Dustin, Deborah and Kimberly. Your professionalism and care made a difficult time more bearable. Thank you ! It was the Funeral my mother would have wanted. She would’ve appreciated all the detail and care that was given to her living family to help us during our loss.
