Dr. Tyler was mine and my mothers physician for 4 years. He was a great doctor who truly cared about his patients. Dr. Tyler was an astute listener and found that I had hypothyroidism as well as a severe vitamin deficiency of B12 and D3, having had stomach issues for decades my stomach was no longer able to absorb these vitamins through food. Good until recently for my 80+ aged mother. Phone now no longer in service and there's a pad lock on the door. No notice given to patients!!!
Excellent physician with great bedside manner. Clinical examination and physical history was detailed and through.
He's a liar, told me so. He said he'd help me, took my money & said he lied. I waited 3 weeks for for nothing. The place is filthy. Dirt on the floor, dust everywhere. The examination table was gross with the cover paper roll in the filthy floor.
