He was very patient and kind
I really like Dr. McGregor. He’s always been straight with me during appointments to manage my issue. He looks you in the eye and talks to you: not at some point over your shoulder, at the floor, or through you as if you’re not there. He pays attention to your chart and picks up where you last left off instead of it feeling like every time is the first time you’re being seen, which is so dispiriting. I’m confident in the information and care he’s provided me over several years.
I have been very happy with my care for my shoulder surgery with Dr. McGregor and the physical therapy I’ve received from South Bend Orthopedics Elm Rd location. I would highly recommend my team.
