They don’t answer or respond to messages. We’ve been trying to cancel our dad’s policy since he has passed away and nobody has responded. Don’t bother going through this insurance company they don’t care

You can ask Ty about anything and if he doesn’t know he’ll get an answer to you. He made everything so easy to switch even lowered my premium an extra 11%
Extremely rude and condescending over the phone. Not sure how Tyler ended up as my agent, but he would not return messages for days despite it being time sensitive to add a new driver and vehicle. When he did answer, he was very unhelpful and shockingly incompetent. I was a long-time loyal customer of Allstate with multiple policies, but I switched insurance companies as a result.
I recently canceled my policy due to a couple factors, increase in premium and extremely subpar customer service. My previous agent left the company and I assume Tyler absorbed the clientele. There is a drastic difference in the caliber of customer service, I can’t believe they worked for the same company.
