Extremely rude and condescending over the phone. Not sure how Tyler ended up as my agent, but he would not return messages for days despite it being time sensitive to add a new driver and vehicle. When he did answer, he was very unhelpful and shockingly incompetent. I was a long-time loyal customer of Allstate with multiple policies, but I switched insurance companies as a result.
I recently canceled my policy due to a couple factors, increase in premium and extremely subpar customer service. My previous agent left the company and I assume Tyler absorbed the clientele. There is a drastic difference in the caliber of customer service, I can’t believe they worked for the same company. I had three payment amounts in the last year. I also had a payment deducted from a closed account and was charged a late fee and also a return check charge. I was told it would be corrected but it never happened. I was also charged a catrophy fee without an written information..not happy with the conversation that I had.
VERY RUDE! Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Don’t know how to talk or conduct business. Take your money and go somewhere else. Not worth it! Also very dismissive when you ask SIMPLE QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR POLICY! it’ need to be less than a 1 STAR.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Tyler is rude and arrogant. I called with basic questions about my policy but his disrespectful demeanor has definitely caused me to switch insurance companies. His behaviors were unprompted and very unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
