I highly recommend Tyler Martin as your realtor in all of East Texas. We first had the pleasure of meeting him in 2023 to look at property in Tyler .. we drove out for the weekend from Spicewood to see that part of Texas..we loved it but not the property. We kept in touch and he visited 3 properties for us and videoed them to save us a drive. I might add they were in 3 different counties and we really appreciated him taking the time to do this!
