I have seen 5+ therapists in my life, and I have made the most progress with Tyler in less than a year than all other therapists combined. He has the most validating but softly challenging, kind presence. He is so good at understanding what is needed in each situation, and will remember every detail (even if it was from 6+ sessions prior!), that ties my history and feelings together to help empower me to continue to move forward with my life.
