I made an appointment this week at the Longview office for a consultation. I’ve been having trouble with my wisdom teeth. The staff was super nice and helpful! I arrived 15 min early and they got me in right away. They were able to use my X-rays from earlier this year that I took with my normal dentist. I saw Dr. Kourt Chatelain. He went over everything in detail and showed me my X-rays. He was willing to work around my schedule to make an appointment. Very nice people, no pain. How ever I ask them on all my 3 visits, do I owe you any money other than the 98 dollars they told me I would owe they said no.one year later they sent me a bill for 131,00. I will never use them again.
The entire staff was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable leading up the the procedure. Everything went well and im very happy with my decision to use their longview facility.
My experience was great. Thanks Dr. Hinkle and team for great care. Everyone was caring , attentive, and compassionate. Thank you all!
