We had insurance through them for years with no issues but we just refinanced and now we find ourselves without insurance going into hurricane season with no notice. We were given wrong information from an agent last month which lead to this and now they refuse to acknowledge that or help us. I’m definitely not satisfied with them and would not recommend.
I believe I've used Tyler insurance for over 20 years for my real estate properties and have never had a problem with any dealings. I've recommended them to friends who also felt comfortable dealing with them.
