Dr. Hooten has proven unreliable and his front office staff difficult to work with. My first two visits with the Dr. were satisfactory. Nothing particularly special, or complex, but the visits accomplished their purpose, albeit in a sterile and impersonal manner. My subsequent follow up visit has been canceled three times now due to the Dr being unavailable at times his staff selected for the appointment. Dr. Hooten was GREAT! Listens, makes great eye contact, and is just genuinely kind. He ex explained everything in detail and I really appreciated his demeanor. Highly recommend dr hooten, if you’re looking for a GREAT dermatologist! I’ve had bad ones, and this experience was completely different, in the best way.
