Selecting this builder was literally the worst decision I have ever made.
We own a house that was completed by this builder and we've had numerous issues on a property that is fairly new. We've experienced moisture issues with the attic, since it wasn't vented and insulated properly. Multiple nail pops through drywall on several walls throughout the home. We had to have some concrete steps and a walkway replaced, due to cracking. Had to replace all of the windows, due to trim retaining moisture and molding. We had Tyler Homes build us a house 6 years ago and have had major issues caused by poor design and roof installation. I'd steer clear of this builder.
He promises a lot with a contract that specifies very little. He didn't follow through with his promises leaving us very disappointed with the building experience. Used the architect he suggested and they were a disappointment and very expensive for the product delivered. Subs were marginal and some were incompetent. Did not follow a building schedule and project took much longer than promised, not to mention...way over budget. Some of the work was not done to code....WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!
