My husband walked in Tim Waltz's office in the Lake Tyler division, and was asking about model him (which is where he was located). Tim graciously gave him a tour and answered all questions. He then came and gave me all the information and told me he set up an appointment with Tim to see another house the next day. Just a quick note to share our experience buying a home in Lake Tyler, New Bern, NC. We were lucky enough to have Time Cochran as our Horton rep. He was always just a phone call away and would answer our questions. We had dual closings and Tim helped guide us along so everything went smoothly. It was a very nervous time in our lives but Tim did a great job calming us down. We enjoy our new home and enjoy Tim when he comes calling to see if we need anything. We highly recommend him.
Working with Tim has been such a pleasure! Smooth transaction, great communication and lots of fun!
Closed on our new new home last month. It’s been a great experience, sales agents, construction manager, and everyone involved has been professional and friendly. We look forward to many years in our new home.
