I had Tyle installed a new roof back in 2019, the roof started leaking last year, they sent a technician caulk around. This year, during the storm, leaking again. I contacted the front desk 5 times, every time, they said will get back to me. I left a voice message as long as a text message for the owner, has not get response either. The joint flashing needs to be redone.
The flooring and other side jobs in my Home was fantastic. I give it 5 stars and beyond. James and his crew were perfectionists! Will definitely do business with you in the future. Thank you!
Awesome company to work for
Very pleased with the work that was done. Had new porch railing done and new shutters installed. Worked with Vinny to get scheduled and all of the pieces and parts came in early so he was able to move up my install date. Looking to have Tyler Home Improvement do another job in the near future for me.
I am aware that I can be a difficult customer because I am spending a lot of money I would expect to be treated well. Communication with Tyler was awful. I would call and a lot of my calls would go unanswered. Communication basically was between my lender and them.This review has been took me almost two years to write. I asked Tyler about materials and was told that he can't make that decision. I made the best choice with the information I had and would have liked input and or guidance but received none.
