I am very cautious about hiring contractors after some bad experiences. I had a lot of questions for Charlie at Tyler's Home Improvement about window installation, contract terminology and insurance details. He was extremely accommodating to add my requested items to the terms and he communicated when the windows were ordered and encouraged me to contact him for any questions while waiting for the windows to arrive. The crew Ryan and Terry arrived ready to work. Very courteous and professional. Very patient with my pets and the noises they made They answered the questions I asked without hesitation . Actually worked me in getting the date I needed Bob answered phone while on another when I had question about power company scheduled time I was very pleased with quality of materials and workmanship. I would highly recommend them

James and Jerry installed a new front door for us. They were very respectful and explained the installation process clearly. When an issue arose with the size of the door frame, they quickly brainstormed how to remedy it. My new door looks great and I will definitely be using Tyler Home Improvement in the future!

We had two jobs done, back to back. The first one, was replacing 11 storm windows on our back porch with double pane windows. They removed the siding on the outside, then trimmed the interior trim just enough to fit the windows perfectly. When they were finished you wouldn't even know they were there! Absolute perfect job! The second job was demo of our old shower and upgrading to a new tiled area. It literally looks like a luxury hotel in our bathroom now!
