I am a new patient of doctor Harrell, but I found the to be very through and very understanding of my health issues. He did not try to rush me out the door because of insurance reasons. Also, the doctor even advised me not to get an MRI because insurance probably would not pay for it and I just an Part-time hourly associate at a grocery store. Overall, the doctor and his staff were very nice and professional to me all through the visit.
