I had a great experience with the service technician Aris who replaced my water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and handled the work efficiently. What really stood out was that he went the extra mile to speak with his manager and help get a replacement approved, which I truly appreciate. Everything was completed smoothly, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Excellent service and highly recommended!

Leasing office lady is incredibly rude and sounds like she’s being held hostage at her job, she kept beating around the bush when I asked her questions about the place and wouldn’t let me speak to a higher qualified representative. I don’t know what she’s doing at a place where she clearly has no interest being in. The condos are beautiful though and maintenance work really shows how much everyone else cares besides that damn leasing lady.
