Cochran Corp. swiftly puts you in their line-up and performs their furnace repair services WITHOUT a hefty sales pitch on items you don’t require or desire. So far, they’ve managed to keep the uncomplicated tasks uncomplicated. Having dealt with numerous businesses over the years, I must express that these guys, particularly Jesse and Luke, are a pleasant change. I've found my furnace repair experience in Tyler to be quite refreshing.

Caleb, who I communicated with, was highly professional. The entire heater repair process for my entire house was completed in just a few hours, and this included the crane operation for the unit on the roof. The technicians from Cochran Corp, namely Luke and Wesley, answered all my inquiries thoroughly and exhibited utmost politeness. Richard quickly identified the issue with my heater and was absolutely courteous and proficient. He supplied me with a recommendation for tasks that Cochran Corp was not able to handle, and assured me he was accessible for any further assistance if required. Duane was we had hoped for. He was and incredibly conscious of our concerns. He came on time, did the task well and was very outgoing and informative. We would be pleased to welcome Duane to return in the future to handle our plumbing issues.
