Apparently being a PRINTING company means editing and proofing are not also part of the package especially when it comes to mass text printing(not just pictures), maybe it’s extra... we’ll never know bc we won’t be using them Again. From the get go it seemed they’d rather not deal with us. Had programs ordered for an event. Had some edits that needed to be made, lady wanted to argue that 2 distinctly different fonts were the same and nothing they could do, after much deliberation and trial and Error it was figured out.
