Truly awful. Hired him to build an ADU, often he didn't follow the plans (put in a sewer ejector pump not in the plans without telling us, ordered and installed the wrong windows, put toilet in wrong place, installed wrong style of hardi plank, baseboards were supposed to be modern recessed one) the list goes on and on. If I tried to get him to fix something, I would see his nasty temper and he wouldn't show up for work for a few days.
