The WORST company ever. They will skip your trash and when you call them they will lie and say "they will come back later to get it", which really mean the next trash day!!! They definitely need new management!!! How can this company EXIST after ALL of these low ratings. This company simply don't give a dam about customers but definitely wants your money. Idk who has what 3 letters in front of their title that isn’t earning their pay that needs to swap out my damaged bin. You’re not earning your pay and many people that don’t make as much as you aren’t able to do their job in a timely manner. So get off your over weight and over paid wallet and swap out my trash cans that have no lid now. This shouldn’t take weeks to get done now just do it!
