Idk who has what 3 letters in front of their title that isn’t earning their pay that needs to swap out my damaged bin. You’re not earning your pay and many people that don’t make as much as you aren’t able to do their job in a timely manner. So get off your over weight and over paid wallet and swap out my trash cans that have no lid now. This shouldn’t take weeks to get done now just do it!

They are always helpful to me when I call. Every single time. I appreciate the people who work for the Tyler sanitation department, from the nice lady who answers the phone to the hard-working guys who come pick up the trash.

Monday and Thursday my trash wasn't picked up I had it on the curb at 7 am when I called on Monday I was told it had to be on the curb by 7 it was now it's 6 am. Sorry customer service

Needs a whole new management the workers are so nasty and rude they are very heartless humans don’t care about Tyler residents jack up the water bills every month

Today was the 5th time in a few month as for our trash motto be picked up. They pick up our neighbors and leave ours sitting. I have called 3 times, they always say I will contact the driver. However, our trash is not picked up. Our solid wastes rates are very expensive. There is no excuse for such incompetence.
