We recently switch to Tyler Center for Dental Health from my long time dentist for convenience to home. Dr. Josh & staff are quite accommodating of my & my children’s school schedule. They have early morning appointments and availability on Friday, which makes a difference in being seen sooner rather than later. My children feel at home and known by Dr Josh and the hygienists who are so friendly while maintaining a proper sense of professionalism. I absolutely LOVE this dentist office. Everyone is absolutely amazing and kind. I am terrified (usually) of dentist and I can say I actually enjoy coming here! Dr Cerrillo you are so gentle and kind and you really listen and are supportive!!! Thank you everyone!!!
Altina was fantastic! Thank you for your skill, patience and kind heart! You did a fantastic job taking care of my husband when he was in pain. The whole staff is amazing and kind!
Edit: 6/2026 - one year later and I am still getting text messages from this place about owing even more money. Last year I came in for a RCT + crown. Was told they took my insurance however they failed to say they were not in network (see below). I thought whatever, it’s done, I’ll pay my balance and move on. I paid the balance I was told I owed. Awhile later I was called and told I owed more because insurance underpaid. It did not make much sense, but I paid it and was assured that was it and I would owe no more. A year la... read more
