Overall staff & dentist are very friendly & did a great job. The things I dont like is: it took a while for anyone to even notice i was there. They were in the office laughing, talking, joking around and etc. The other is the way you do pymts. Most businesses will tell you what it will costs or copay before they do the job. I asked multiple times even on the phone that we will talk about it when i came for my new patient appointment Not wait til the job is done then tell the cost. To me that is like a trap. Told me they were in network with my insurance then I got a bill for $212 for a cleaning. Every other dentist I see covers cleanings at 100%. Liars and rip offs.
