I’ve known Tyler basically my entire life, so when we found out we were moving to Cedar Falls, he was my first call. Initially, he helped us find a rental since we had to move quickly. Then, when we were ready to buy a home, he helped us through the whole process. I have been working on growing my investment property portfolio and Bice has been an outstanding help for me. On a property I bought through him in 2021, I had concerns about the roof of the place we looked at. Bice went out of his way to climb on the roof of the house with me, inspect it, and we came to find out it needed replaced. Bice is a realtor that actually cares about his clients, and I would recommend any real estate investor to go through him. I know I will again!
