Dr. Tyks never ceases to amaze me! It started in 2016 when I was just exhausted day in and day out. I had been to multiple doctors and all of them told me it was due to my anemia but would never get to the root of the problem. I always pay my bills when they are due. I’ve had a zero balance for over six months and now we’re being told I owe money from six months ago. I will pay it, but I will not go back. Update: One of the office people agreed and the balance forgiven. It’s not that I don’t want to pay my bill. It’s that I don’t want to be told 120 days later that I have one when I was never told to begin with. Anyway, they were wonderful to work with and hopefully we are all happy now.
Aweful service all around!! The office assistant is SO rude. I received my first bill three months later, and it was posted as 120 days overdue. I called and stated this was the first time receiving a bill, she stated she had sent others, she HAD not! Then she blamed the mail. I kept telling her I was going to pay, that my point was that customers are not receiving there bills and it wasn't right.
