Terrible receptionist I believe name was Toya. Very unprofessional. She handles the calls for the doctors of this office and is the reason I will not be returning. She needs to be trained on phone etiquette. She put me on hold several times even after I asked her not to because she originally had me on hold for almost ten minutes. Was reccommended but the nurse receptionist refused to accept my daughter because my daughter isn't up to date. I picked this pediatrician because I was told Dr. Wen was not pushy about vaccines & allowed a spaced out schedule, but that is not the case. I wasn't able to speak with Dr. wen directly but was told my daughter could not be a patient because she hasn't been vaccinated since 6m (Even after I told them I am willing to give them to her but spaced out & not all at once) and now I have to find a Dr fast!
