Very friendly, helpful reception staff, but the dental work I had done recently was not the same quality I have had in the past at Tyree. It was extremely expensive and has left me with more discomfort and stress than before it was done. I will be going back to try to find relief, so I will update if things change.
Excellent and professional dental staff. I had lots of bad experiences with dentists as a kid many moons ago (60's/70's) so I used to shake just sitting in a chair. Doctor Anna Burns, Karim and all the staff help one feel as comfortable as possible and their work is excellent.
Had previously been quite happy with this dentist office... however I have recently had a medical emergency, have spent a month in hospital unable to care for my teeth properly (nobody brushes or flosses for you in ICU), and getting closer to my discharge, came down with a lung infection. I called (twice) to try to reschedule my yearly appointment given my current condition, and the receptionist patently refused to do so, in the end cancelling it entirely and making a new appointment for over a year down the road.
