Excellent and professional dental staff. I had lots of bad experiences with dentists as a kid many moons ago (60's/70's) so I used to shake just sitting in a chair. Doctor Anna Burns, Karim and all the staff help one feel as comfortable as possible and their work is excellent.
Had previously been quite happy with this dentist office... however I have recently had a medical emergency, have spent a month in hospital unable to care for my teeth properly (nobody brushes or flosses for you in ICU), and getting closer to my discharge, came down with a lung infection. I called (twice) to try to reschedule my yearly appointment given my current condition, and the receptionist patently refused to do so, in the end cancelling it entirely and making a new appointment for over a year down the road. I called in Monday morning with a painful wisdom tooth that had been getting worse day by day. They were able to see me right away and were able to get it pulled later that same day. The staff were very nice and professional. The Dentist was very skillful and made the experience as smooth and painless as possible. Thank you guys so much at Tyhee Dental!
