The male nail tech did acrylic ombre nails for me. He started applying acrylic before pushing back my cuticles and dehydrating my nail bed. I politely told him that he skipped a couple steps and that the acrylic would lift if he did not prep properly . He rudely told me he has done this for 6 years and he knows what he’s doing. I kept quiet after and let him finish. 3 days later my nails lifted… I went back and asked for a refund but he refused. Chris did such a great job on my nails and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Very friendly and talented! All of the workers there are very nice as well. Positive vibes for sure! will be coming back 🩷🩷
