Where to start! Took our boat in, back on July 15, 2019 with an Engine knock. Was told by Tom the head Tech at the time, that he would get it in and tear it down through the winter to see what failed. Boat sat outside all winter still no answers! We bought a boat from Tycoon Marine and were told it would be serviced and repaired prior to delivery; when we got it, tears in the cushions had in fact not been repaired and the battery died within a month (the "new battery" we were promised had never been installed and we received it with an old battery). The boat lasted one season and the motor was shot - we took it to our local repair shop and they told us the cost to fix it would exceed the replacement cost of the boat.
