We have Tyco security for our business location and you guys have the worse customer service! No one will listen to you when you call for a service problem, your representatives talk over you and do not allow you to finish why you are calling. Every technical issue is the fault of the customer. Our previous sales representative resigned and we were not notified or given the contact of our new sales representatives. Overall, your service is overpriced and sucks.
