The experience was overall pretty good and seamless from what the company offers. I was satisfied with the service and then I recommended my sister. However, the rep I dealt with, Justin Unruh, was the issue. Initially, he was pretty responsive during my process. However, after I recommended him to my sister, he started getting very difficult to get a hold of. Working at Tycho Energy was a disappointing experience for me. As the only woman in the Tucson division, I felt unsafe and unwelcome due to the toxic environment and disturbing discussions reminiscent of Andrew Tate's rhetoric. The CEO's disregard for my safety was evident when he drove me away from my car then left me stranded at 8:30 pm while knocking on doors, but what made matters worse was being left alone with another trainee who persistently insisted we knock on doors together just me and him late at night, despite my... read more
