The experience was overall pretty good and seamless from what the company offers. I was satisfied with the service and then I recommended my sister. However, the rep I dealt with, Justin Unruh, was the issue. Initially, he was pretty responsive during my process. However, after I recommended him to my sister, he started getting very difficult to get a hold of. To make it short, it was kind of a mess with delays, my sister being told there would be added fees and what not and I felt bad because I recommended him to my sister.... read more
