RecommendedI was in bad shape before I arrived to Tybee for vacation but since I had already paid for everything I didn’t want to cancel my trip. I was hoping a little R & R would help my back. Nope. I found Dr. Davies and had two visits with him. I could not have asked for a better chiro. I’m bummed I couldn’t stay there for treatment! The 2 sessions I had turned my trip from miserable to great! My children and I are honored to have Dr. Davies as our chiropractor! We always leave feeling better than when we came in. I am a runner and Dave is great about teaching how to properly maintain proper muscle health. He also provides valuable nutritional information.

A great local Tybee health expert, Dr. Davies helps his patients understand how our activities and food choices can help or hurt how the body functions going forward. He gives instructions for the patient to follow in order to maintain the work that gets done in the office. He has a great mind chock full of information, energy, and inspiration.
First time I have been out of back pain in over 10 years, I have been to other chiropractors in the past and only got relief for about a day. The additional therapies he provides really helps! I highly recommend Dr. Dave!
Dr. Davies is an Excellent Practitioner. He is professional yet personable. He takes a holistic approach to his treatment plans. I had sciatica hip and leg pain for 11 months. Dr. Davies is the best! He saved me from my pain while visiting Tybee Island. I received a prompt appointment which was great. He is so Knowledgeable, kind and great at what he does.
