We used Ty Nelson Design & Remodel when we bought a house that needed a lot of updates. He is always professional and very efficient. My wife and I rented a house from Ty Nelson Construction. He had just finished completely rehabing the house when we moved in. The finished product was beautiful, and we ended up staying there for 6+ years. He was a great landlord and promptly addressed the few problems that cropped up. When we finally moved he looked the place over and refunded our deposit with no questions asked. If another rental was in our future we wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.

Ty and his company completed a remodel for us and we were thrilled with his promptness representing himself, his workers manners, showing up when supposed to, and meeting deadlines as intended, suggested, and stated.
