I went a total of two times and each time I’ve had a bad experience. There nail drill burn my nail beds also she didn’t clean up around my cuticles either i had hang nails and then charged me $65 when i asked her opinion on things she’s said “ idk” it was also a very hot day they didn’t offer me water or the girl next to me as it was her first time too i guess on there regulars get water
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I originally came in for a pedicure and had my fingernails polished the same color as my toes. The very next day, the polish came off my pinky toe. I called the salon and explained the issue. Since I live about 30 minutes away, I told them I would not be able to come in that day but would return on Sunday to have it fixed. On Sunday, they repolished my toe without any issue. We had a mother’s get away weekend in OKC and came across this gem. Decided to get our feet done and had an amazing experience! Don’t go anywhere else. They took their time and made sure we had a relaxing experience. Thuy and staff were amazing hosts! We will definitely make sure to drop by when we visit again. Thank for taking care of us tired mothers and letting us relax! 🥰🥰
This place is AMAZING! First time at a head spa and I was blown away. So relaxing and feels great! 10/10 definitely recommend.
In town visiting and was in desperate need of a pedicure. I highly recommend this Nail shop!! I was greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. The massage during my pedicure was amazing. Great quality, excellent customer service and location was very convenient from downtown OKC. 10/10 recommend
