The staff is very kind here! I will say there is a major issue with sanitation. I had someone attempt to reuse cuticle clippers, nail files, and nail clippers that were not clean or properly sterilized. I saw staff put dirty tools in sterile bags. The pumice bar that was used during my pedicure was not clean and was brown with others dead skin on it. When she was done using it she just put it back in her kit in a cup. Tammy was phenomenal with my scalp spa service. The facial was relaxing and left my back plump and glowing. The neck/arm massage felt amazing and stress melted away. The scalp treatment was refreshing and left my scalp feeling healthy and refreshed. I will definitely be getting this service again.
Joy did such an amazing job on my facial! I will be returning for another round🫶🏼🙌🏼🥰
