We have now worked with Ty Engineering and Design multiples times for commercial work. They were very easy to work with and expedited the job for the permits, as some of it was time sensitive, which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them on future projects.

Tolga and Israel finalized an ADU design for me and provided all the structural engineering that was needed. They also offered good ideas for some design issues that arose. Then they took me through the heavily "red-taped" permitting process, including all the clearances. When the permit was ready, Tolga provided some good contractor referrals. I would definitely use TY Engineering and Design for any future projects. Thank you Tolga and Israel!!!
