I’m so grateful I found Tolga and his team at TY Engineering. Tolga was accessible, reasonably priced, and genuinely collaborative throughout the entire process. Whenever I had questions, he and his team took the time to answer them clearly, and when something needed more explanation, they invited me in to go over it instead of brushing me off. First off we are super happy with Tolga and the team at TY engineering We were doing a simple restucco, repairing framing and window replacement. We decided to change the balcony wall from all stucco to a base pony wall and glass on top. A simple change triggered the need for full building plans for a triplex from the early 1960s, engineering for wind and load calculations and the dreaded California coastal commission review as we are changing a design element. Tolga and his team at TY Engineering provide exceptional quality work. Tolga is so calm, patient, responsive and knowledgeable. He worked calmly and skillfully with the city permit office. Everything was timely. He was present and involved during the lengthy construction. We feel so fortunate to have worked with him and highly recommend him.
