We have nothing but great things to say about our tasting experience at Ty Caton with Paul! We laughed so hard with him, while loving all of the red wine. It was the first time our group of 10 had tasted wine in Sonoma and he made this stop our favorite for the weekend!
This was my second visit to Ty Caton this year and Paul is the reason I returned for a close friend’s birthday celebration. I let him know I would be coming back and he pulled out all the stops, including a private tasting and surprise celebratory bubbles. I toured over 15 wineries between Sonoma and Napa over my last two visits, and this was by far the most personalized, warm experience. Membership was a no brainer. I have enjoyed it thoroughly!
We had a fantastic tasting experience at Ty Caton. Paul was a wonderful host and a master storyteller. Not to mention the wine was pretty good, too. :)
Paul was an excellent tasting tour guide for Ty Caton's vineyard. He enjoys what he does and it shows. The wine was great and so was the history that Paul brought to life.
If you want a great tasting experience and enjoy red wine, you must visit Ty Caton. Heck, even if you aren’t a big fan of red, you should still make a visit as you will find Ty’s reds approachable and delicious. My husband is a white wine drinker and he found several of Ty’s wines that he enjoyed. Paul is a terrific host and made our visit great fun—he’s an amazing storyteller and tuned in to the vibe of our tasting group. We joined the wine club and will be recommending Ty Caton to all of our friends who visit Sonoma.
