I’ve had a very disappointing experience at Trophy Nissan’s service department. I came in for a simple oil change on my son’s car, which should be quick and straightforward. I’m at close to two hours waiting and was told “hopefully” 30-40 more minutes because my car is barely next. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the service advisor, Antaeus.
