Absolutely no information on insurance which tells you right off this is a cash only operation ! Not user friendly.
We had a horrible experience here. There was an issue with the copay/coinsurance amount and the girl who was dealing with us handled the situation perfectly, even though I was frustrated and got upset. However, there was a extremely rude coworker who jumped in and told us if we did not want to pay it then we go across the street to another urgent care center.
