Kinda is a world-class real estate agent. She tells the facts as they are and is able to convey the value proposition accurately. I will ONLY use her from now on. Kinda is amazing, understanding and very considerate of time. Anytime I need maintenance work she’s on top of it ensuring the job gets done. I’ve had issues in the past with maintenance work not getting done in a timely manner. She has truly been a blessing to us this far.
We have been with Kinda and her team for several years now, and all I can say is: they do not disappoint!! They are hard working, honest, and get the job done. We can relax, knowing our rental is in good and capable hands!
