I was a few minutes early for my 4pm appointment; it is now 6pm and maybe two items have been loaded. I do not understand how a facility can run so inefficiently or without any regard for appointments or the drivers. WHY ISN'T The LOAD READY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME? Do companies not understand everything we drivers go through on the road to make sure we arrive on time and follow each facilities petty rules? Drivers., if you’re picking up scrap bundles., there’s not a lot of room for trucks in the lot. I parked on side of highway across from the entrance., easy check in and fairly quick to load..

“Attention fellow drivers beware” The warehouse 7121 Shelby ave is horrible. I’ve been sitting here for 15hrs. Yes I know I missed my 2am delivery with only having 45min on my D.O.T clocks at 1030pm and my company not allowing P/C anymore. Not knowing if the place allows overnight parking. So I rolled in their yard at 925am with full clocks and was told I’ll be a work in and I’m sitting at 9hrs off duty and still nothing. Not to mention it takes them around 2hrs to unload which is about average then the unloaders and loaders... read more
