This company is a horrible place to rent from.Do not rent from them. I had a cleaner do a move out cleanup for me as to I had just had 2 serious back surgeries and except fora few items left in some kitchen drawers they want to charge me over $600. And I know Karen will come back with some remark about this or tht to make me look back but ppl read all the reviews she has an excuse for everything. I was told I would receive a call back in a few hours to schedule a time to view a property. That was yesterday and still no call back was received. Unprofessional

Dealing with this property management company was exhausting. Constantly had to follow up multiple times on maintenance requests and simple general questions. If I had a dollar for every time I heard "we'll call you right back" and days go by. Constant chasing. It's clear to us they’ve taken on way more properties than they can manage. They are completely overwhelmed and stretched thin, and it shows. Communication is slow, follow-through is slow, and repairs are done at a minimum.
