I've been coming to Natalie for a few months BUT today she dropped the ball BIG time. She does amazing work however, she doesn't clean my nails up. I just paid $170, there's no reason I should have to come home and do clean up. She didn't put cuticle oil, she didn't clean under my nails, she just left my nails with dried acrylic and nail dust around the cuticle. Also, she didn't even clip my cuticles. I won't be back. For two reasons, I gave four stars. I absolutely loved how my acrylic toes came out, they were shaped with detail and care. And the color is perfect. Though I love my nails, I did pay attention to the lack in infection control. Typically salons are required to use one nail file per one client, but I could tell that this nail file had been used on a ton of other clients before me.
