We were very pleased to liaise with TWT's head of residential Winnie Chhor, who was exceptionally genuine, professional and transparent as a selling agent in the purchase of a property with TWT. She helped to chase reports with a rather difficult strata company, facilitated the organising of repairs with building management ahead of settlement, and was diligent and responsive with questions and concerns. We appreciated her communication, reasonable nature and can highly recommend her as an agent.
Recently settled on a TWT apartment after dealing with the most professional agent I've come across in the industry. Winnie Chhor was an absolute delight to deal with. Responsive (even whilst on holidays!) , genuine, and no BS or hard sales tactics ! You will be in good hands if you are dealing with her.

Waited 20 minutes on the street for the open home at Ultimo, ring the number and the lady was extremely rude and waited for another 20 minutes and we left. Waste of time. Recently bought elsewhere and the agent is way more professional.
