The problems began with a TWO FEET error in the plans. Keith Wright of TWT Exteriors, misrepresented his ability to complete my home remodel, which included the addition of a second story deck and covered porch as well as a new metal roof. Here is a snapshot of some problems: 1. Due to inadequate framing completed by TWT Exteriors, the metal for the new roof was simply crunched over in two corners.
