Had an amazing experience at Twomey. My first interaction with them was top notch. Carlos helped fix my driver's side door so I could open it to get in an out of my car free of charge and with no guarantee that I would use them for the rest of the repairs. Tanner Twomey also personally called me to let me know they were able to make the price for repairs fit within what my insurance would pay for, still using original parts rather than after-market. I had an incredible experience with Twomey Auto! Carlos worked miracles—he got my repair quote down from $7,000 to my requested budget of $2,500, and the work was completed within about a week. Not only that, but the owner, Don, personally met me and took a final look at my car before I left to make sure everything was in good shape. He even told me I could bring it back if anything didn’t feel right. You don’t find that kind of care and honesty just anywhere. Highly recommend!
I was looking for a shop to repair damage to my 2027 Ford Explorer rear hatch. I figured it could be repaired as it is steel 2 other shops did not even offer to repair without replacing the unit ($1500)) Carlos looked it and said they would do it. Car came back perfect and at a significant savings over the other shop Hands off to Carols and the team!
Twomey Auto Works is by far the best auto shop I have ever been to. From start to finish, my experience was easy and efficient. I came in to get the hood of my car quoted on a paint job. Twomey's fixed my hood for 1/3 of the price as another shop I was quoted at, and even touched up some additional things on my car without charge. Every single employee was kind, experienced, and super helpful. I will not be taking my car into any other auto shop. 1000/10!
I went to get an estimate for some work on my car. Carlos was so kind and helpful and helped me immensely. Skip the dealership and go to a family owned and operated shop like this. The people are down to earth real and really want to help. They have a customer for life with me! 😘
