Update: spoke with organization and they corrected my issue (I got an extra photo, not an incorrect photo- it was a misunderstanding). Once we cleared that, I received my photos but the carrier did not handle them with care, which is truly out of their control. Honestly, their photos are not the best. If I had known that I could take my pictures elsewhere, I totally would have done that. I had photos taken of two little girls and selected to print order my photos. I was apparently offered two digital photos and was given an incorrect photo. When I attempted to correct the photo, they attempted to blame the person who ordered the photos instead of just doing right by me after I had already spent over $180 with them.
