We loved the Heartbreaker Roll and the Sumo Roll—both were extremely savory and tasted very fresh. The flavors were really well balanced and stood out among the rolls we tried. We didn’t enjoy the 3 Amigos Roll as much, but that’s more of a personal preference. The strawberry-habanero sauce had a berry sweetness that just wasn’t our favorite.
Place is good, my only gripe is when places use a blowtorch to char something. Everything else in the dish might be amazing, but when the torch is used, that's all I can taste is the torch. I really liked their Curry Katsu Udon, and the bites from the rolls I had were fantastic!
Unagi had too many bones. Curry udon’s curry wasn’t flavorful. Have visited a few previous times and it was good. Felt stomach pains and nausea. A few hours later puked out the unagi. Not sure what was off this time but something was off. The takoyaki and calamari however was enjoyable. Food should not make you nauseous and puke.
This was my husband and I first time going and we celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary there. It was great! Food was good, waitress was amazing! Very clean and welcoming
