This company was easy to reach by phone at the beginning of starting my policy. However, it's hard to reach them by phone now with questions and concerns. When you do finally hear from them it's days later. Also, they've made it difficult for you to contact the insurance company directly, that you are actually with. I am very disappointed with the service I've received, after the start of my care insurance policy.
I had read the previous reviews and was excited to support my people. The young lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. She was confident she could get us better insurance rates and took all of our information and said she was emailing me a quote and would call me back shortly to follow up with me and confirm. Sadly, that was 10 days ago and I have not received a follow up phone call nor did I ever get the email.
