Love this place! Great service! My Brother and I decided to start riding again so we got the old mountain bikes out. Well his shift cables were rotten so we took bike over and they had new cables on within a half hour and we were in our way.
Good people in repair. Brian will help until you leave happy. I'll go back.
If you want great service and a great selection of bikes, get into TWOP. I can't recommend them enough. The sales staff, mechanics, Management are great and if you want a Beach Cruiser, to a Hybrid, to a High end and Pro-set up, go see Will and the team at TWOP. I want to thank everyone at 2W1P for the weekend group rides, the group leader's patience, and the excellent and knowledgeable service. I love my local bike store here in Costa Mesa / Newport. I have an older mountain bike and trash it all the time. The tech guys never try and up sell me and always do me right with the proper fix. I can't say enough about the customer service. Nothing beats the guys that actually ride who fix your bike and know what's up. It sure beats the lame bike shops I dealt with in LA for a decade.
Wow, This staff is awesome! Had a wonderful time riding my pretty blue beach cruiser around the back Bay loop. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you Laura and Will ! XO
