I brought my bike here for a flat inner tube and got charged $70 to fix..no issue. Where my concern comes from the bike is riding so rough that it kicked out the bolts holding the battery, causing the wires connecting the battery to the bike itself now bike won’t come on due to that. I bring it back today and they basically told me nothing they can do and isn’t on them.
My phone died and I lost my path so I passed this place.Figured they are a bikers possibly they could help.They offered great service without me paying them anything and let me charge my phone,call my dad and even printed me directions to my destination. Thank you a lot
Great customer service. The service techs are very experienced and do a great job. The customer service is the best. My wife and I purchased hybrid bikes and Cameron was very knowledgeable and took the time to customize our bikes to our personal preferences.
Nick helped me with a derailleur hanger, new chain, new rear tire, pedal lube. Personable and executed ahead of schedule. Super service!
I can not believe how great the service is here! Paige is so amazing! She gives you her full atttention even if you’re just looking for a bike lock,rack and basket. She went above and beyond. Definitely the place to buy a bike!
