Here’s a stronger ending that lands the point without sounding over the top: I called ahead before bringing my wife’s e bike in and was asked if it went over 30 mph. I told them no, so I brought it in to have the front tire replaced. The front wheel is easy to access, and they even had the correct tire in stock. Paige and Terri were super nice to work with on sales and then returns on items I wasn’t able to use. That customer service is the reason I bought my Classic Jamis Boss Cruiser there 32 years ago. Knowledgeable and good folks.
I highly recommend this shop! I just bought two e-bikes from them and the experience was amazing. Dillon, Misty and Terri were awesome. And they did the right thing on the price! Go there for all things bikes!
