This is the 2nd time we have ordered from Two Twisted Italians and the pizza is great. We are originally from Long Island and super picky about Pizza. The chicken parmigiana and meat lovers pies were awesome. Looking forward to ordering some dishes next time. Super friendly owner. We have lived out here in West Palm Beach for almost two years and we finally found our pizza place
I ordered delivery from two twisted Italians last week and was served undercooked food and 2 day old pizza. I called to let them know that my food was undercooked and instead of being a proper owner he argued with me on the phone about it was extremely rude. I left a review on his google page. A few days later he finds me on facebook and threatens to leave a nasty review of my business which has been closed for almost 2 months due to the virus. after receiving undercooked hard pasta that had to be done twice because they got the order wrong, my girlfriend left a review... now the owner has been sending her direct messages on her private page. not sure if we should go to the police and file harassment charges. if you dont want bad reviews, be consistent with your product. if you can't be consistent, that dosent give you the right to stalk down people and threaten them. be a man and own up to the quality you let leave the door 🤷🏻♂️ sorry.
